  • If any defect is found (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the box, please inform the Customer Relationship Management Department as soon as possible, either through the inbox or hotline at +8801776-302254, along with picture or video proof.
  • Customers can cancel orders at any time before receiving delivery.
  • In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered then the customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.
  • If a customer wants to change the defective product through our delivery service, then you won't pay extra for shipping.
  • We maintain a 'closed box delivery' policy, which is crucial to ensure the authenticity of the products, the privacy of the customers, and the prevention of product adulteration or modification. Beauty products are non-returnable due to hygiene issues.
  • If a customer buys any product from our website after reading the description and provided information about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product.
  • After purchasing a software/software license, a return or refund won't be applicable.
  • With specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 2 to 5 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.
  • Refund charges are applicable for All kinds of Mobile Financial Services/ Online Gateway / POS payment refunds.
  • If customers found broken or packet-damaged products then we are requesting not to receive the product from the courier service. If the customer receives a courier-damaged product then he/she has to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won't be acceptable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
  • If a customer gets any cashback at the time of payment, the cashback amount will be deducted while making the refund.
  • Product refund (if applicable) will take 2 to 15 working days and the refund will be provided using the same payment channel; the one the customer used beforehand while purchasing the product.
